1.A minimum 5 years experiences in the similar role in similar operation in an international hotel or famous bar/club.

2.Responsible for managing the day to day operations of bar and other beverage operations in the hotel in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements whilst ensuring strong talent engagement and adherence to service standards, beverage standard and operating procedures.

3.Ensures that the service, preparation, storage of all beverage items are successfully executed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with W Hotels standards, through planning, organising, directing and controlling the entire beverage operation and administration within the B&F Department.

4.To manage & control the beverage cost within the budgeted cost; to be involved the drink list design & lay-out; to innovate cocktails to lead the market.

5.The Head of Mixology is required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Suzhou policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
