完成好本职工作及完成上级布置的其它工作。
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in banquet.
Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
Check the room setup according to BEO.
Monitors and supervises service flow in during event.
Suggests beverages and food, where appropriate ~ to be well versed with all beverages, cocktails, method of preparation and garnishes.
Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
