礼宾部主管 Concierge Supervisor

承担司机工作，根据酒店标准向内部和外部客人提供司机服务；
确保宾客抵离时得到及时、专业的迎接与行李运送服务；
熟悉酒店设施及本地信息（餐厅、景点、交通等），为宾客提供准确的问询解答和个性化的出行建议；
管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置；
宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车等服务。
Assume driver duties and provide driver services to both internal and external guests in accordance with hotel standards.
Ensure guests receive timely and professional welcome and luggage delivery services upon arrival and departure.
Be familiar with hotel facilities and local information (restaurants, attractions, transportation, etc.) to provide guests with accurate answers to inquiries and personalized travel recommendations.
Manage the luggage room to ensure all luggage is tagged and securely stored in appropriate locations.
Arrange taxi and other services for departing guests upon request.
