1. Assign rooms and delegate jobs to room attendants / housemen.
确保房间分配给楼层服务员。
2.Ensure staff under his/her jurisdiction performs their duties and responsibilities according to approved systems and procedures. 。

3.Give additional assignments over and above regular duties if required.

4.Prepare work schedules and distribute work assignments/ projects and room allocations for VIP’s and RA’s fairly.

5.Keep all linen and supply closets neat, clean and stocked.
保持所有的布草备品柜干净清洁整齐,备量充足。
6.Pick-up computer print-out and room allocations from the Coordinator / Order Taker and act accordingly.

7.Carry out the following routine assignments:

8.Ensure room attendants / housemen emptied and cleaned their vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning tools before going off duty.
楼层服务员确保在下班之前清理吸尘器和整理好其他的清理工具。
9.Check room attendants while cleaning guestrooms to see if proper and correct procedures are being used.
检查服务员在清洁房间时是否按照正确的方法和流程。
10. Ensure that VIP’s and RA allocated rooms for the day are given priority cleaning.
确保贵宾房间和当天客人的房间预先得到清洁。
岗位要求:
1.Good written and verbal skills.
良好写作和口头表达能力。
2.Housekeeping Opera system .
能使用Opera系统。
3.Computer basic knowledge.
基本电脑操作知识。
4.Thorough knowledge in makeup and turn down bed procedure.
对清洁房间和夜床服务的完全了解。
5.Min 2 years in supervisory positions in the Housekeeping department.
客房部两年以上主管工作经验。
