Assist
with resident manager to help integrate various resources to ensure the orderly
operation of the property, and to create the maximum profit according to
Ascott's strategy.

Major Responsibility 主要工作职责

To
work collaboratively with resident manager, finance, sales, operations functions
to achieve the revenue and expenditure targets.
与驻店总经理、财务、销售、运营部门一起协力合作,达到财政收支目标。
·
Responsible
for the classification, sorting, filing and storage of documents, finishing
filing all the required financial reports and consolidating to uniform version.
负责公司各种文件资料的归类、整理、建档和保管工作,整理所有需要的财务报告并统一版本。
·
Timely
process and archive all daily documents of resident manager.
及时处理驻店经理的各种日常文件并进行归档。
·
Assist
with residence manger in adopt and supervision all existing programs to ensure
the smooth implementation of all company policies, regulations and the
behaviors.
协助驻店总经理运用及监管所有现有程序,确保公司政策和制度以及公司各项行为的顺利实施。
·
Assist
with residence manager in conduct daily affairs, responsible for the
supervision, coordination and implementation of work assigned by resident manager,
as well as timely report to the resident manager.
协助驻店总经理日常事务的开展,负责驻店经理交办工作的督办、协调与落实,并及时向驻店经理进行汇报。
·
Maintain
good communication and coordination with all partners.
保持各合作方的良好沟通和协调。
·
Establish
and maintain good customer relationships, including implementing customer strategies
to improve guest satisfaction; actively and effectively handling guest feedback
and complaints.
建立和维系良好的客户关系,贯彻包括客服策略,以提高客人满意度;积极有效的处理客人的反馈和投诉。
·
Be a
property manager on duty on a regular basis.
定期担任物业值班经理。
·
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental
Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy
conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
·
Any
other tasks assigned by residence manager.
完成驻店总经理交办的其他事宜。
Requirements 资质要求
·
Major in hotel, tourism or economic management;
酒店或旅游、经济管理类专业毕业;
·
1-3 years
practical management experience in serviced apartments/four-star international
branded hotels;
1-3年服务公寓/四星级国际品牌酒店实际工作经验;
·
Good operational management expertise and
financial knowledge;
良好的运营类知识和财务类知识;
·
Familiar with local legislation and regulations;
熟悉当地的法律法规等规章制度;
·
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing
communication skills in Mandarin and English (multi-foreign language ability is
preferred);
良好的中英文听、说、读、写沟通能力(掌握多国语言者优先);
·
Proactive and good communication skill;
高度的积极性和良好的沟通能力;
·
Work hard, ambitious and strong sense of
responsibility;
工作努力,积极进取,责任心强;
·
Good teamwork and organization skills, able to
withstand strong pressure.
