Major Responsibility
主要工作职责
• Manage property occupancy to yield optimum revenue.
管理物业出租率,使之产生最佳的收益。
• Develop pricing strategies to optimally sell the inventory of the rooms.
制定价格策略,以最佳方案销售客房。
• Integrate and maintain yield management systems within the properties and present findings to the
hierarchy on a regular basis.
统一和维护物业的收益管理系统,并定期发送调研报告给管理层。
• Monthly analysis of pricing based on competitor analysis.
以竞争对手的分析为基础,每月进行定价分析。
• Analysis of revenue generation on a regular basis and actively involved in the strategy and
implementation of sales strategy in order to recover loss revenue and/or maximize profit margin.
定期分析收益的趋势,积极落实措施,以帮助收入的恢复和促进利润的增长。
• Assist in the compilation of monthly revenue in the form of forecast, budget, and profit and loss
statements.
协助编制每月的收入预测,预算以及损益表。
• Work with Director of Sales to communicate strategy recommendation effectively and efficiently.
协助销售总监快速并有效地给予策略建议。
• Execute projects given by manage and Director of Sales.
执行销售总监交办的事宜。
Requirements
• Degree in Hospitality/Business Management or equivalent.
酒店/工商管理专业或其它同等学位。
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with a multi-national hospitality brand, preferably in
serviced residences.
5年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作经验,服务式公寓工作经验尤佳。
• Strong financial and sales & marketing knowledge.
丰富的财务及市场销售知识。
• Strong knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, business plan preparation and general knowledge
of accounting.
精通损益表,预算和商业计划以及了解会计的一般知识。
• Familiar with online marketing and channel distribution.
熟悉网络营销及渠道分销。
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
能熟练地运用中/英文进行交流。
