1. Oversees thepreparation of kitchen equipment for using and the needs of Food production formenu items

2. Oversees the cleaningand storage of kitchen equipment

3. Ensures all the staffto carry out tasks according to the S&P

4. Liaises with theLocal Hygiene authorities and be up-to-date with the Hygiene laws

5. Keeps all china, glassware,flatware and hollowware in a hygienic and clean condition.

6. Prepares and plans department/unit/outlets' goals and objectives

6. Takes part in theplanning rostering of Staff in all areas as per the business needs.

8. Focuses on energyconservation in the kitchen

9. Introduces andmonitors control procedures for reducing breakage's and loss of equipment

11. Ensures using correctquantities of chemicals

12. Develops and monitorsthe implementation of purchasing procedures in conjunction with the PurchasingManager/Executive Chef & Director of FB

13. To createself-appearance both on the telephone and in person with an excellent image ofthe hotel
