Personnel Background.
协助人力资源总监保证人力资源部工作的高效运行,确保部门营运手册中的政策和程序得到严格的执行。
Assists the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
协助确保酒店的政策符合集团/酒店的人力资源政策和程序。
Assists in making sure that the hotel is adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
确保政府规定的有关员工方面的法规得到严格的遵守和执行。
Assists in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.
协助年度工资和福利的调查,协助制定商业计划及人员编制。
Assists with Annual Salary and Benefits Survey, and Business Plans, Manning Guide.
协助保证有效的员工配置和工资体系,帮助部门总监 / 部门经理实现高效生产率和合理的工资支出。
Helps to maintain efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, helping Division/Department Heads to maximize productivity and reasonable payroll costs.
负责酒店的招聘和挑选程序,为部门总监和部门经理提供有效迅速的招聘方案。
In charge of the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions.
与其他酒店代表、生意伙伴和其他组织,包括本地学校、旅游学校和大学保持良好及专业的关系。
Maintains strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from hotels, business partners and other organizations, including local schools, hotel schools and universities.
熟悉生产率知识(以及其他关于员工表现的信息),作出每月人员流动率的报告、员工病假统计报告以及员工休假统计报告。
Be conversant with productivity ratios (and other key performance indicators) and to produce the monthly turnover report, employee sick leave report, vacation reports.
确保所有员工信息及记录得到及时更新(包括员工年假记录,出差和病假情况)。
Ensures that all employee records are kept up to date (including employee annual leave, business trips, medical leave).
负责员工福利和薪酬的管理,确保员工福利在本地市场的相关性和竞争力。
Responsible for the administration of employee benefits and salaries, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.
通过合理的培训、辅导,以及/或顾问,提高人力资源部所有员工的工作技巧和效率。
Develops the skills and effectiveness of all HR associate through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
