Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
To ensure that standard performance (service) are efficient and consistently pursued.
确保始终追求有效的标准服务。
Ensure quality service of food and beverage provided to the guest and to meet guest's expectation. Check on guest satisfaction whenever a special request was arranged.
确保提供高质量的餐饮服务以满足客人的期望。确保满足客人在任何时期提出的特殊要求。
Provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
时刻为客人提供周到、有效率、专业的服务。
Aware of all in house VIP, to ensure that all of their special F&B needs and request are delivered and fulfilled in the course of their stay.
清楚饭店所有的VIP贵宾，确保满足他们在饭店其间的特殊的餐饮要求。
Constantly provide on the job training to staff.
不断地对新员工进行职业培训。
Job Specification职位要求:
Minimum of 3 years hotel and/or restaurants experience.
至少三年同等职位酒店或餐厅工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English.
中英文口语流畅。
