【岗位职责】
1. Supervises Chinese kitchen preparation shift operations and ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures.

2. Ensure Chinese kitchen staff provides courtesy and professional services.

3. Fulfill the responsibility of Chinese kitchen chef de Partie
履行厨师主管的责任。
4. Pay attention to the quality of the food.
注重食品的质量。
5. Maintains correct storage standards.
做到正确的贮藏标准。
6. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal (Health Department) regulations.
确保遵守当地政府(卫生部门)的规定。
7. Support the food and beverage department of the procedures and control of food costs
支持餐饮部的各项程序及对食品成本的控制。
8. Knows and implements Marriott’s 43 points of hygiene and safety standards.
了解并执行万豪43点卫生及安全标准。
9. Presentation a delicious meal to our guests.
呈现美观可口的饭菜给我们的客人。
10. To implement and follow a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.
执行并遵循每日部门15分钟培训计划。
11. Enforce the Marriott food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
执行万豪食物制备及呈现方式的指南,以确保提供给客人品质如一的美食。
