1、Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.

2、Understand the basic philosophy of the company. Implement and energize the company philosophy in their daily work.

3、Assist in keeping record on inventory and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to minimize spoilage.
协助保持库存量的记录和储存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把损坏率降到最低。
4、Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
检查和维护所有操作设备在良好的工作环境以及建议主管在必要时进行修理和维护。
5、Keep the work stations clean and sanitized, follow proper safety procedures at all time.
保持工作台的清洁和消毒工作并遵循正规的安全程序。
6、Assist in creating new types of pastries products and desserts.

7、Perform any other related duties when assigned by supervisor.
