2、检查员工的仪容仪表、礼节礼貌,严格考勤,严格执行服务程序与规范。
3、掌握楼层的房态,宾客的情况和必要的信息。
4、迎接并送行VIP客人,反馈客人意见与建议。
5、与相关部联系并协调工作,确保服务的快捷与效率。
6、及时阅读并处理客人与楼层之间的信函;发现问题及时向经理报告,及时得到妥善处理。
7、保证行政客房的清洁水平。
8、督导员工做好客史档案工作。
9、了解酒店业行政接待情况,不断完善服务品质与项目。
10、了解员工动态,调动员工积极性。
11、阅读并填写交接班日记。
12、定期总结工作,分析各种数据并上报。
13、完成上级交办的其它工作。
Job Duties:
1. Fully manage the service work of the floor, and do a good job in staff training and assessment.
2. Check the appearance and courtesy of employees, strictly check attendance, and strictly implement service procedures and specifications.
3. Master the room status of the floor, the situation of guests and necessary information.
4. Welcome and see off VIP guests, and feedback their opinions and suggestions.
5. Contact and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the speed and efficiency of service.
6. Timely read and handle the correspondence between guests and floors; Report the problems to the manager in time and handle them properly in time.
7. Ensure the cleanliness level of administrative rooms.
8. Supervise the staff to do a good job in customer history archives.
9. Understand the administrative reception of the hotel industry, and constantly improve the service quality and projects.
10. Understand employee dynamics and motivate employees.
11. Read and fill in the shift diary.
12. Regularly summarize work, analyze various data and report.
13. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
岗位职责
1、具有高中毕业学历或同等以上文化程度。
2、有1年以上五星级客房管理工作经验,熟悉客房服务流程、标准,会使用Opera系统。
3、善于与客沟通,有较强的协调组织能力,可合理的为解决客人问题。
4、身体健康,相貌端庄,举止大方。
Job responsibilities:
1. Have a high school diploma or above.
2. At least 1 year's experience in five-star room management, familiar with room service procedures and standards, and able to use Opera system.
3. Be good at communicating with guests, have strong coordination and organization ability, and can reasonably solve guests' problems.
4. Good health, dignified appearance, generous behavior.
