Conduct an annual training needs analysis for each department within the hotel and incorporate the hotel’s training plan with the Business Plan of the hotel

Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management

Coordinate with the department managers to help identify departmental trainer and training opportunities for ambassadors
协调各部门经理,来帮助他们识别部门培训师和培训机会
Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development etc.
根据需求为大使开展相应职业生涯规划、培训和发展等咨询
Incorporate customer information as part of the training strategy; understand the impact of the key components of a successful hotel: ambassadors, customers, owners and profit

Manage and implement company training programs and deliver training sessions with educational methods adapted to adult learning styles

Maximize learning by providing a creative and efficient environment in the delivery of training sessions

Share responsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires and assist with implementation of new policies, procedures and standards
