·Prepare the annual Human Resourcesbudget and manning guide in close co-operation with Head of Finance.

·Review and approve all invoices and purchase requests involving Human Resources Services.

·Monitor the Human Resources budget, optimise staff costs and verify cost on a regular basis; and where necessary re-negotiate prices to obtain a cost effective solution.

·Supervise the implementation of employee recognition programmes as outlined in the hotels’ Policies & Procedures, oversee the employee benefits programmes.
