Shangri-La, Yiwu 义乌香格里拉
Located at the heart of Yiwu business center, Shangri-La, Yiwu is near the world-famous Yiwu International Commodity City. The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites, as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La, Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Brown Sugar restaurant comes to life with made-to-order Asian and Western dishes. Live cooking stations provide an array of international delights at buffet restaurant Yue Xiu Wok. From the Lobby Lounge, guests can enjoy relaxing moments. There is a 2,000-square-metre and 12-metre-high pillar-less Grand Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates 1,000 guests for banquets. There are also 11 other function rooms of varying size, some of which provide natural daylight.

We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Service Center to join our team.
 
As a Service Associate – Service Center, we rely on you to:
1. To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Telephone / Service Centre e.g. PABX / Call Centre System / Call Accounting Software.
2.Ensures all calls from guests and external calls are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s and Shangri-La policies and procedures.
3.Demonstrate and practice the Guidance Principle according to the “Shangri-La  Culture”.
4.Ensures that procedures set with regards to guest confidentiality are strictly adhering to.
5. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Service Manager.
 
We are looking for someone who:
1.Presentable, Communication skills, Good Health, Articulate.
2.Has a  good grasp of both written and spoken English.
3.Ability to interact, Takes ownership and initiative.
4.Knowledge of computer, Able to work flexible hours.

1. 全面掌握电话房/服务中心操作系统专业知识,如交换机/呼叫中心系统/计费系统。
2. 根据酒店的政策和程序确保专业地处理所有客人的内外部电话并且关心客人。

4. 确保有关对客保密的程序严格地执行。
5. 执行服务经理分配的其他工作。
 
岗位要求:
1.良好的外貌,沟通良好,身体健康 ,语音清晰。
2.良好的英文口语及书写领会能力。
3.善于交际,有主人翁精神和主动性意识。
4. 会使用电脑办公软件,能适应酒店的工作时间。
