Position Overview 岗位概述:
The Room Attendant is an essential member of the Housekeeping team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, including room cleaning, housekeeping daily service, turndown service, etc. The Housekeeping team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every Guest Room and Public Area is impeccable at all times.
客房服务员是客房部团队的重要成员,致力于为客人提供卓越的质量和服务,,包括客房清洁,客房日常服务,夜床服务等。客房管理团队在幕后不懈地工作,确保每间客房和公共区域始终完美无缺。
The Role 岗位职责:
1. Check the room status and inform the HSKP captain/supervisor.
检查房间状态并将检查情况报告给客房领班/主管。
2. According to working procedures and standards, clean the room and floor.
按照工作程序和标准清扫各种房间并保持楼道的整洁。
3. Keep the lost fund safely, meet guest’s reasonable needs.
正确处理客人遗留的物品,满足客人各种合理的要求。
4. Make sure every equipment works well.
负责保养所使用的设备,使之处于良好的工作状态。
5. Use and keep master key correctly.
正确使用及保管万能钥匙。
6. Fill in working reports and consumer list of Mini Bar。
填写有关工作报告和迷你吧消费单。
7. Check every kind of equipment in working areas, report the problems in time.
负责检查所管辖区域内各种设备,及时报告区域内的工程问题。
8. Sign up the in and out time on the room list.
做房单上必须标明进、出客房的时间。
9. Report unusual situation in time.
及时报告客房内的异常情况。
10. Ability to use firefighting equipment, following the hotel rules when the fire happen.
熟悉酒店消防预案并能熟练使用灭火器材;在火灾发生时严格按酒店消防预案执行。
11. Ability to use detergent.
安全正确使用清洁剂。
12. Communicate with guests and superior.
与客人及上级保持有效的沟通。
13. Report and record hotel items in rooms.
及时报告并记录在客房内丢失的物品。
