Position Overview 岗位概述:
The Bartender’s primary function involves serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the Resort. The Bartender also has the responsibilities of assuring the proper functioning of the Bar, the correct mixing of drinks as specified, and the sale of alcoholic beverages in their assigned area.
吧员的主要职责是为客人提供含酒精和不含酒精饮料。吧员也有责任保证酒吧的正常运行,特别饮品的的正确混合以及酒精饮料的销售。
Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, roomcapacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up and dress code of the Bar.
熟知所有工作区域桌台号(桌号,位号,工作台,住客量)营业时间,如何正确设置酒吧及餐桌设台以及关于酒吧的着装要求。
Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers andnon-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes in the Bar.
熟知所有酒品专业知识(烈酒,啤酒以及无酒精饮品),正确处理酒吧的杯具及装饰品。
Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics anddescription of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the winelist.
熟知所有葡萄酒,香槟包括杯卖酒的特点,描述以及专业知识,
Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparationmethod/time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, andtexture, serving Temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation.
熟知每一个品项的相关专业知识,价钱,制作方式,所需时间,主要原材料和质量标准,以及口感如何,外观呈现,特征和最佳饮用温度,份量大小,以及出品的装饰与呈现。
Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquorregulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated personsand drunk driving.
熟知国家对酒类严格管理条例,尤其拒绝对未成年人,醉驾者,提供酒类服务。
Maintain absolute knowledge of correct maintenance and use ofequipment. Use equipment onlywhen intended.
