About the Role: Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team atResidence G Shenzhen. The Head of Sales will be responsible for implementingsales strategies by developing actions to drive revenue growth and achieve ourbusiness objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strongleadership skills and a proven track record in sales management andachievements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement salesstrategies with concrete actions to achieve revenue targets.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate thesales team to achieve individual and team goals.
· Identify new businessopportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
· Collaborate with the marketingteam to create and execute promotional campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare and present salesreports to senior management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in salesmanagement within the hospitality industry.
· Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication andnegotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in sales managementsoftware and tools.
· Ability to work effectively ina fast-paced and dynamic environment.
