1. Managing out-sourcing employees accordingto the out-sourcing company management policy.
根据外租单位人员管理制度,对外租单位进行人员管理。
2. Managing the locker keysand lending keys to employees according to the regulation book-in.
管理更衣柜钥匙并在员工借用更衣柜钥匙时按规定办理。
3. Dealing with admission of new employees and departure employees.
为员工办理入职及离职手续。
4. Convening departmental meeting on a monthly basis andsummarizing the meeting notice.
定时召开部门例会及综合管理会议等会议并记录。
