熟悉、理解劳动法
Familiar withthe Labor Law
准确的完成劳动合同
Complete laborcontract correctly
跟进内部变化,如转岗和提升
Track allinternal movements, such as transfer or promotion
协助办理社会保险和公积金
Assist tocomplete Social Insurance and Housing Fund
维持有效的跟进系统
Maintain anefficient track system
保证所有员工年假及病假申请得到及时、正确的答复
Ensure allannual and sick leave requests are processed giving accurate and timelyresponses to associates
保证准确安全的保存所有员工个人记录
Ensure allpersonnel records are maintained accurately and secure
掌握和运用办公及人事系统
能力要求:
Specifications:
大专以上学历(人力资源管理或酒店、旅游管理专业优先)
Universitygraduate (Major in HR Management, Hotel/Tourism Management is preferable)
良好的中英文书写和表达能力
Good commandof written and spoken in English and Chinese language
具有酒店或服务性行业人事管理工作经验2年以上
Having over 2years working experience in personnel management in hotel industry or servicetrade
熟悉国家及当地劳动法规
Be familiarwith national and local labor law and legislation
良好的问题解决能力和人际关系技巧
Good problemsolving and interpersonal skill
