In your role as Executive Chef, you will be
· In charge of overall culinary operation
· Ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the corporate image of the company at all times.
If you are
· Strong at western cuisine and with good understanding of Southeastern Asian food
· Creative and well know Beijing and international F&B trends
· Outgoing and flexible with a very proactive and positive attitude
· With at least 10 years kitchen experience in an international hotel with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; pre-opening experience is a plus
