Perform entry-level humanresources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resourcesprograms and philosophies. Provide basicemployee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-relatedmatters.

· Prepares monthly trainingschedules and monthly training report(Internal/External Training Programsconducted)

· Checks that all lessons are conductedin a professional manner

· Supervises and evaluates localteachers’ performance together with related feedback from staff & planfuture sessions accordingly

· Assists Director of Training& Talent Development and Training Manager in sourcing for trainingmaterials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsible for purchasing orhaving materials printed

· Manage and maintain all updatedrecords of all training programs conducted

· Responsible for managing and caring for theTraining Room, Training Library, training equipment and materials

· Maintains and updates inventories of alltraining materials

· Liaise with educationalinstitutions conducting hospitality and training courses

· Maintain current informationand records of suppliers of training resources and materials

On-boarding& Exiting 员工入离职
· Conduct exit interviews andprovide feedback on reasons for turnover

· Assist the staff to deal withthe dimission procedure and the follow-up work

· Assist line managers in therecruitment, induction, training, development, and succession for levels 3- 6.

· Prepares and administersdetailed induction program for new staff

· Be in charge of daily HRoperations as overtime & leave request approval, contract extension, HealthCertificate renew, social Insurance, Housing Fund, working meal, etc.

· Assist the C&B Manager todeal with the work injury case.
