Job Responsibilities岗位职责
To supervise the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Service and At Your Service to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Need to be able to perform in all front office functions. Total responsible for hiring, training, and develop all associates working for the Front Office. Assist Director of Operation in all areas to ensure smooth operations.
管理酒店前台,礼宾部,宾客服务及为您服务中心。保证每位员工都知晓酒店的政策,工作标准程序及操作规则,掌握前厅各项职责。全面负责前厅的人事招聘,培训和员工职业发展。协助运营总监保证运营的稳定。
Job Requirement岗位要求
1. Minimum 5 years of Front Office working experience with at least 1 year’s Front Office Manager experience in International Hotel.5年以上前厅工作经验包括1年以上国际酒店前厅经理经验。
2. Responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of allFront Office areas.负责维持前厅稳定,高效及专业的运作。
3. Demonstrated key Marriott leadership competency qualities. 具备万豪所要求的领导能力。
4. Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills. English proficiency is required.优秀的沟通能力和待客技巧,英语熟练。
