Responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
负责管理整个餐厅,保证餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
Responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。
Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
参考历史纪录和客房率预测, 制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
Keep optimistic and positive impact,, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
保持乐观和积极的工作态度,做好本职工作,并且主动解决问题,能够始终清晰的与客人或同事进行交流。
岗位要求
1. 2-4 years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel.
二至四年在四/五星级酒店的相关管理经验。
2. Good English skills (written & verbal).
良好的英语口译及书写能力。
3.Familiar with Computer operation.
精通计算机程序。
