岗位职责Job Description:
1.掌握最新的酒店产品知识、当前的推广、政策改变及适当的内部信息。
Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
2.以礼貌、高效的方式处理客人及员工的要求,遇到投诉或问题,如果不能马上找到解决办法,则进行汇报,并给以迅速追踪。
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.
3.及时处理收到及发出的信件、传真及包裹。
Handles guest incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcel in a timely manner.
4.协助所有客人的行李存放,确保遵守正确的处理、储存、安全的程序。
Assists all guests with luggage storage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed.
5.为客人呼叫出租车并解答问询。
Hails taxi / cabs and answers inquiries.
6.驾驶电瓶车。
Proficient in driving a battery car.
