2.全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
3.协助保证食品的质量。
Assists in quality control of items.
4.监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。
Monitors food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste.

- 语言要求:中国普通话-良好
