Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation, to include GOJI, DOCG, Chinese Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, Banquets, Executive Lounge, all Kitchen food preparation areas, B-1 Level, dry and wet garbage rooms and the cleanliness of the loading bay.
