• Be responsible for hotel recruitment to ensure effective recruitment and selection as according to Group & Hotel policy.
o Organizing and conducting Meetup Day and Interviews
o Liaison with recruitment agencies
o Manage the on-line recruitment through the Hotel Web Site
o Advise appropriate recruitment Advertisement channel according to vacancies situation, correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements

• Develop and implement recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions.
制定和实施招聘和筛选系统和程序,为空缺职位吸引合格的候选者。
• Regularly analyse hotel manpower requirements; recommend and develop selection means and related activities to meet those requirements.
定期分析酒店人力需求,并推荐选择和开发活动,以满足这些要求。
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover, then submit the turnover report to Director of Human Resources every month.

• Handle new employee entry and exit procedures.
负责办理员工入职和离职手续。
• Handle annual health certificate and temporary residence certificate.
负责办理员工年度健康证和暂住证。
• Be responsible for expatriate employee’s physical checking, working visa and related certificates.
负责办理酒店外聘人员入职体检及就业证等相关证件。
• Assist Head of Human Resource to handle daily personnel affairs; formulate and update rules and regulations; design HR forms, documents and processes based on the company standards.
协助人力资源总监处理日常人事相关事务,并根据集团和酒店标准制定、更新员工规则和设计人事表格、文件和流程。
• Be familiarized and assist Head of Human Resource in terms of all HR framework:
o Interview and Recruitment
o Performance Appraisal
o Probationary Evaluation/Labour Contract Termination/Retirement etc.
o Employee Administration
熟悉并协助人力资源总监执行集团人力资源部的系统工作:
o 面试与招聘
o 表现评估
o 试用期转正/合同终止/退休等
o 员工行政管理
• Liaise with individuals outside the hotel including lawyers, applicants, colleges and universities, competitors and other members of the local community.
与酒店外部人员联系,包括律师、申请人、学院和大学、竞争对手和当地社区的其他成员。
• Assist to manage Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all group and hotel policies as well as local regulations, and any current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
协助管理人力资源部,确保遵守所有公司、地区和酒店的政策和程序;以及当前地方和政府关于就业的相关规定。
• Assist Director of Human Resources, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Goals Programme.

• Maintain effective communications among all levels of management and employees.

• Assist in training activities. Create a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for an open and two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity are reaching the highest possible levels.

• Check and provide input on monthly attendance record of all employees and payroll processing;

• Be responsible for managing employees’ social insurance and housing fund, employees' records management and employee retirement, etc.

• Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, learning and development, employee relations and legal issues related to HR.
在职业规划、培训与发展、员工个人关系和与人事有关的法律问题等方面,根据需要对酒店人员进行建议。
• Deal with all problems relating to individuals with an understanding, caring and confidential manner.
以理解、关心和保密的方式处理与员工有关的所有问题。
• Monitor present and future trends on various practices and systems in HR field and make recommendations as appropriate.
监督人事领域的现状和未来趋势、做法和制度,并相应的提出建议。
• Coach, counsel and manage employees by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
训练,劝诫和管理人员,提供建设性的反馈意见,以提高绩效。
• Communicate with employees regularly and maintain good relationships.

• Arrange training in relation to hotel policy and employee benefit on a timely basis.

• Manage and update personal document filling.

• Be familiarize and implement local HR policies and procedures.
