• Have good command of English and Chinese especially the communications skills
• 中英文沟通能力良好
• Independent, committed and well-organized
• 独立性强、忠诚可靠并具良好的组织能力
• Be familiar with the Front Desk system
• 熟悉前台操作系统
• Have good command of Word & Excel
• 熟悉Word 和 Excel操作
• Possess  the ability to handle with tough affairs
• 具备处理棘手问题的能力
