Your opportunity
As the Hygiene and Safety Manager China, you will be responsible for
· Participate in the definition, implementation andupdating of the Club Med China Resorts’ Property and People Safety policy
· Ensure operational implementation within Club Med’sSafety, Hygiene and Health Policy Club Med China Resorts
· Coordinate the Hygiene and Food Safety standards andprocedures alongside the CSR department. Perform inspection in resort forcontinuous improvement.
· Contribute to the security control, audit system,training and crisis management.
· Detect, coach and develop talents within resort EHSmanager and staffs
How you will contribute
· Club Med China Resorts
· Maintain China resorts under control for firesafety, occupational safety, sports safety
· To be professional and ambassador for activitiessafety, include swimming pool, wall climbing and others sports and leisureactivities.
· To work with/inform/communicate directly with VPOps, CDV, P&S related managers, experts on a professional basis as wellestablishing a level of reliability & trust
Who you are?
· Education: Bachelor’s degree on safety related orHigher education HSE (Master, engineering training)
· Experience:
n Proven experience in the various fields of H&Smanagement, and knowledge of Fire safety, security, occupational safety, foodsafety and public hygiene
n Minimum experience of 5 years in a company with aninternational dimension, preferably in the tourism, hotel, restaurant or otherpublic sector
n CertifiedSafety Engineer certificate, plus to have China Fire Safety Engineer, RockClimbing Trainer, Swimming pool trainer certificate
· Knowledge:
n Good knowledge on Fire safety, Occupational Safetyand Health, Food safety and hygiene, Security, local and international H&Srules and H&S regulations. Knowledge about rules and regulations forestablishments open to the public.
n Good understanding of occupational health and safetyprevention, training, audit. Good understanding of the structure andfunctioning of local public health and safety services
· Skills:
n Trainer skills, coaching, communication Ability toanalyze, synthesize and edit, situational intelligence
n Flexibility and proven adaptability in aninternational environment.
· Languages: Fluent English, Chinese
· Others: Leadership, Rigor and organizational skills,Proactivity, Flexibility, confidentiality, taking initiatives, ability to adaptto multicultural environment, ability to travel regularly.
