Job description
1.经过寻找和听取来自客人的回馈来加强与客人的进一步互动
Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.
2.培训、保持和加强中餐厅的餐饮服务标准
Train, maintain and enforce all Food and Beverage service standards in the outlet.
3.按照酒吧要求加强建立酒水配方和展示册来确保服务给客人的酒水质量保持一致
Enforce the established drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests in accordance with the approved bar guide.
4.正确地运用收入和检查控制程序
Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.
5.处理日常员工关系 (例如: 排班,班次调整)
Handle daily associate relations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments).
6.为所有的员工和客人保持安全和卫生的工作环境
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associate and guests.
7.组织餐厅的日常试菜和菜单培训
Conduct taste panels and menu classes on a daily basis for restaurant.
8.当班的时候必需在楼层上并且协助服务员和领位以确保所有客人满意;
Be on the floor during the shift and assist servers or hostess to ensure guests are satisfied.
9.确保只服务高质量的产品。
Ensure that only a quality product is served.
位要求:
Job requirments
1.酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
2.2年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.主管经验优先考虑
Supervisory experience preferred.
