In short, this role is Hotel Operation+Sales & Marketing + Community Building rolled into one.

Stey’s assistant community manager is the#2 of the property in charge, he/she works closely with Community Manager toensure the smooth operation of the property. This role will not only have theresponsibility to make sure things are in order on a day to day basis(operation) , but equally important, Assistant Community Manager is committedat fostering the vibrancy of the community (community building) , as well aspromoting the project to potential customers (sales&marketing).

Here are the major responsibilities,

Oversee smooth and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers bycommunity associates
监督社区员工为长租客户提供顺畅和个性化的接待服务
Train junior team members, so that they can one day be as proficient attheir job as you are.
培训团队成员,让他们有朝一日能像你一样精通本职工作。
Build a close relationship with Steyers, this is achieved by knowingwhat they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understoodand pampered.
与长租客户建立密切的关系,通过了解他们喜欢什么、不喜欢什么、最讨厌什么等方面,从而让他们感到被理解和宠爱。
Work with community manager to host different events, for the goal ofenriching Steyer’s social experience with us and their attachment to thecommunity.
与社区经理合作举办各种社区活动,目的是丰富长租客户与我们的社交体验,增强他们对社区的归属感。
Actively promoting the community to external parties whether it is anindividuals or a company, in order to attract new Steyers as either long termtenants or hotel guests.
积极对外宣传社区,无论是个人还是公司,以吸引新的长期租户或酒店客人为目的。
Contribute to the social media contents posted by Stey, such asproviding materials for Wechat, Weibo and Instagram.
为 Stey 发布的社交媒体内容提供素材,如为微信、微博和 Instagram 提供素材。
Actively observe and think during work, to help Stey improve.
在日常运营过程中能够积极的思考,为更好的运营我们的社区提出想法和建议。
What are the requirements to get a job like this?
这个岗位有什么要求?
Youhave worked in hospitality industry with a customer-facing job for at least 3years+.
您在酒店业从事前台主管的工作至少 3 年以上。
Extraordinary interpersonal skill and greatpersonality,
非凡的人际交往能力和出色的个性。
Ability to communicate in English with a lot of confidence , we valueverbal communication skill much more than how proficient your grammar is.
能够自信地用英语交流,我们更看重英文口头交流能力,而不是读写的熟练程度。
Ability to communicate in Cantonese witha lot of confidence
能够流利的使用粤语交流
Enjoy being around with people, and have a genuine interest in learningmore about them.
