1. Assist the hotel management to be responsible for the operation of the whole hotel and collect information about problems in the process of customer service;
2. Under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager, be responsible for the normal operation of the hotel during the shift;
3. Responsible for handling guest's problems and complaints;
4. Responsible for welcoming and receiving important guests;
5. Carry out safety and daily equipment inspection throughout the hotel;
6. Solve the safety problems occurred during the shift;
7. Coordinate the matters to be communicated on the shift record to other shifts.
1.协助酒店管理层负责整个酒店的运作,收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息;
2.在前厅部经理的直接领导下,在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作;
3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉;
4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作;
5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作;
6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题;
7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
