Bellboy/Doorman 行李员

TheBellboy is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Conciergewhilst on duty. On a broader scale the Bellboy is to ensure that all of hotel'sguests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level ofservice that is professional, friendly and genuine. The Bellboy is also toensure that guests and visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome and"at home" on arriving and departing the Hotel.
在当班期间，行李员要负责礼宾部日常的工作。从更广的角度讲，行李员要向所有酒店的客人和来访者问候，提供友好迅捷的专业的服务。行李员还要使所有抵达、预离的客人和来访者受到热情的欢迎，要使他们有宾至如归的感觉。
