To ensure that assistance isbeing provided at all times to all customers and guests and their stays at hotelare comfortable and memorable.

1. Controls and directs theentire section within the frameworkas defined in the organization chart.
直接负责礼宾部的工作。
2. To ensure all employeesand sub-ordinates adhere to the Hotel rules and regulations.
确保所有的员工遵守饭店的纪律。
3.To supervise and delegateduties to all staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules asrequired.
负责所管辖区域员工的工作情况。
4. Provides courteous andprofessional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel.
对饭店的客户和客人提供礼貌专业的服务。
5. Maintains and controlsthe use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored andlabeled at all times.
负责管理行李房,确保所有的行李有行李标签并且存放在适当的位置。
6. Arranges and preparesinformation on Special Events or Hotel Services to be bulletined.
负责所有的特殊事情和饭店服务的有关信息的公告。
7. Ensures that allequipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working orderat all times.
确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
8. Assist in identifyingtraining needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions forall staff within the section on a regular basis.
协助参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训,制定培训计划。
9. Maintains appropriatestandards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance and posturethroughout the section.
仪容仪表、穿着、个人卫生、行为举止必须符合标准。
10. Ensures daily departingtime of due out guests and arranges for taxis, shuttle arrangements andlimousine services to the airport if required.
确保当客人有要求时,为预计离店的客人安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
11. Co-ordinates VIP arrivalsand departures.
协助重要客人的入住和离店。
12. Monitors, that theConcierge staffs are engaged in their daily duties – greeting of guests atentrance, carrying baggage, rooming of guests, daily directory postings,transfer arrangements.
监督员工的日常工作---在门口问候客人、帮助客人提行李、引领客人进房、日常的分送、交通安排工作。
13. Look into the maintenanceof all baggage/bell trolleys to ensure that they are in good working order.
检查所有的行李车,以确保它们处于正常的工作状态。
14. Ensures that all workareas are neat and tidy at all time.
保证所有的工作区域始终保持整洁。
15. Provides generalinformation to guests in a good and helpful manner.
为所有的客人和客户提供礼貌周到的信息服务。
16. Handles or resolves anyguest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients ofthe hotel.
处理或者解决客人的投诉,并且同饭店的客人建立良好的关系。
17.Monitor discipline, groomingand performance of all staff within the section.
监督所管辖区域员工的纪律、仪容仪表和工作行为。
18.Identify and developleadership qualities among staff inorder to guide them towards a path of career enrichment with hotel.
同员工建立发展良好的友谊,引导员工在酒店的工作中取得成绩。
