1.Monitors technological developments and latest progress.

2.Masters all the systems and applications used in the hotel. Together with the Event Manager, implements the "connectivity" specifications for meetings as sold to the customers.

3.Responsible for the proper maintenance and accountability of all computerized systems hardware and software.

4.Perform audit with regard to standard screen wallpaper, antivirus, passwords.

5.Ensure that computer passwords are regularly changed.
