1.To assist Learning & Development Manager to design and implement hotel training programs, including identifying training needs, planning, controlling, coordinating and organizing hotel staff training. Meanwhile, to be in charge of personnel development work.
协助学习与发展经理计划及组织实施员工培训,包括分析培训需求、计划、控制、协调、组织酒店员工的培训活动。同时还负责一些员工发展方面的工作。
2.Responsible for staff Notice Board, update information on Notice Board in time.
负责员工布告栏,及时更新布告栏的内容。
3.Preparation work for the selection of Employee of Month and Supervisor of Quarter.
月度优秀员工和季度优秀主管的评选准备工作。
4.Make record of staff Annual Leave and work out monthly annual leave summary report.
员工年假的统计,每月编制年假汇总报表。
5.Learning & Development Manager to organize staff birthday party every month.
协助学习与发展经理,组织员工生日聚会。
6.Staff grooming check.
员工仪容仪表的检查。
7.Assist Learning & Development Manager to find out, analysis and determine the hotel training needs.
协助学习与发展经理了解、分析、确定酒店的培训需求。
8.Prepare and organize New Staff Orientation.
新员工入职培训的准备和组织工作。
9.Learning & Development Manager to design and conduct some training courses as per the hotel training needs.
协助学习与发展经理根据酒店培训需求设计培训课程,并教授部分课程。
10.Responsible for internal fairs of training section, including recording and updating hotel and staff training information, training facilities management, and training materials preparation.
培训的内务工作,包括酒店培训档案及员工培训情况的记录和更新、培训器材的管理、以及培训资料的准备。
11.Following up and checking departmental training and feedback to Learning & Development Manager and Senior Director of Talent & Culture in time.
部门培训情况的跟踪、检查,并将信息及时向学习与发展经理和高级人才与文化总监反馈。
