1. Having a positive attitude towards work is self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all sub-ordinates.

2. Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
负责岗位的日常组织工作。
3. To assistant the Reservation Manager monitors reservation daily operations and process.
协助预订部经理监管预订部日常工作的运作。
4. Effectively organize the workflow in the Reservations office.
高效管理预订办公室的所有工作流程。
5. Arrange Duty roster for Reservation Department.
安排预订部员工每日排班。
6. To follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
跟踪失败的生意从中得到信息并报告给部门主管。
7. To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
充分了解酒店产品知识,包括酒店房间类型,房价,餐饮,水疗和健身俱乐部。
8. Be fully aware at all times of the Selling Strategy, rates and booking status of the Hotel.

9. To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

10. Fully understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and procedures.

11. Be fully competent in Inventory management, ensuring that Inventory is maintained regularly.

12. Be fully aware of and adhere to all the Hotels Safety & Security policies.

13. Ensure that the Reservations Office is kept clean and tidy at all times.

14. Perform any reasonable task as requested by Management.
