Supervises andinspects the work of Public Area Attendants and PA Supervisor to ensure productquality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guestsaccording to hotel and company business objectives.

1、upervises theimplementation of Housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:

-Cleanliness of public area

-Cleaning machine maintenance

-Furniture and facility maintenance

2、Recommends changes tothese standards and training needs on an ongoing basis.

3、 Assign tasks ofpublic area.
分派公共区域的工作。
4、Perform public area inspections.
检查公共区域。
5、Liaise with F&Bor Catering for guest and hotel requirements.
配合餐饮和宴会销售满足酒店和客人的要求。
6、 Liaise with Engineering for maintenance issues.
和工程部协调维护事宜。
7、Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. site inspection, vermincontrol, carpet shampooing, marble crystallization, high area cleaning, outsidewindow and wall cleaning, machine control, inventories, etc).

8、Ensure consistency within the department.

9、Ensures to have complete knowledge of function room,outlets and other facilities.

10、Manages storage areas.

11、Maintains adequate stock levels.

12、Completes stock takes as required.

13、 Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities andoperational requirements are known.

14、Conduct training and ensure the performance of the staff.

15、Appraise the performance of staff and take correctivemeasures if necessary.
