· Maintain knowledge of special programs and eventsin the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs

· Maintain Hotel information to be able to provideinformation to guests
熟悉酒店情况,向客人提供相关信息。
· Assist guests and escort them to locations withinthe hotel at their requests

· Complete tasks as directed by Management
