岗位职责
· Identify the industrytrends of human resources development and formulates hotel Human Resourceplanning to cope with the requirement of hotel operation.
了解本行业人力资源发展的情况,制定与酒店经营需要相符合的人力资源计划。
· Formulates and update spolicies,procedures and standards on recruitment, training and human resources management,and make sure its implementation.
制定并及时更新招聘、培训、人力资源管理的政策、操作程序和标准,确保其实施。
· Make out salary range foreach position according to the market and hotel situation, and submit salary adjustmentproposal if need.
根据市场行情和酒店实际,制订各职位的工资幅度。如有需要,提出工资调整的方案。
· Plans annual budget for manpower,talent benefits and training, and submit for approval.
制定年度的人力费用、人才福利及培训预算,并提交审批
· Conducts and annualevaluation for all talent, review appraisals and follow up any particulars forfurther actions.
组织人才的年度评估,并做好评估的后续跟进工作。
· Be responsible for alltalent activities as to the positive moral of talent.
负责所有的人才活动,注重调动人才的积极性。
· Coordinate talentrelation, handle discipline talent case and talent grievances, deal with labordispute.
协调人才关系,处理人才违纪事件和人才申诉,处理劳资纠纷。
· Submit the annualLearning& Development program to General Manager as per hotel Learning andDevelopment needs, and monitor its implementation.
根据酒店学习与发展需求,向总经理递交年度学习与发展计划,并监管其实施。
· Ensure maximum talent productivitythrough advising on matters of organization design and development and byimplementing effective Hotel Learning & Development plans.
通过合理的机构设置和人员配置及实施有效的学习与发展计划,实现劳动效率的最大化。
· Provide leadership toT&C team for implementing all routine work of Human Resource Department.
领导人才与文化部团队做好部门的日常工作。
· Have a good knowledge of currentand newly published PRC and local laws as they pertain to the T&C functionin order to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
了解国家及地方现行的和新的劳动法律法规,确保其在人才与文化部工作中的及时贯彻和执行。
· To ensure that all Human Resourcesforms/reports to be forwarded to Corporate HR Department are submittedaccurately and promptly.
确保所有交给集团的表格/报告准确和及时。
· Provide guidance andexpertise to talents, supervisors and department heads in the management of thetotal human resources of the organization in a positive, flexible, andcompetent manner.
积极为酒店人才、主管和部门经理在人力资源管理方面提供指导和专业性意见。

总经理交办的其他工作.
岗位要求
1、至少5年以上管理经验,同等岗位经历至少2年以上。
2、管理类专业,或人力资源专业。
3、具备流利的英语听说读写能力。
4、熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。
