主要职责 Primary Responsibilities
1、按规定的程序为所有客人办理入住及退房手续。
Registers and checks out for all guests according to established procedures
2、保持高标准的产品和服务知识以更好的推销酒店的产品及服务。
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guest
3、确保客人信息录入完整及安全。
Ensure confidentiality of guest information
4、为客人提供外币兑换服务。
Offers currency exchange service for the in-house guests
5、熟悉所有推广价的内容,如季节性的包价、会员推广活动。并为客人介绍推荐。
Be familiar with all the promotional price information, such as seasonal packages and member promotion activities. And introduce and recommend them to the guests.
6、预见客人的要求、解决客人问题。保持良好的沟通,为顾客留下良好的印象。
Anticipate guests' requirements and solve their problems. Maintain good communication and leave a good impression on customers.
任职要求
1、35岁以下,大专及以上学历,酒店同岗位工作经验1年以上,联号酒店工作经验优先。
2、形象好,气质佳,有良好的服务意识,较强的沟通能力。
3、有责任心,团队精神和进取心。
