Greet Hotel guests and
visitors promptly and courteously.
及时,礼貌的迎接酒店的客人和游客。
Communicate Hotel product
knowledge and philosophies to visitors and guests.
与游客和嘉宾沟通交流酒店的理念知识。
Provide hands on support
to reception and concierge as required.
对前台和礼宾部的要求提供支持。
Be responsible for the
complete guest satisfaction and check in procedure for groups.
负责客人满意度以及团体的入住手续办理。
Keep abreast with Hotel
product knowledge, activities, banquets, function and special events motivating
guests to utilize Hotel facilities and services.
随时了解酒店的产品知识,活动,宴会,功能和大事件,鼓励客人运用酒店的服务与设备。
Ensure work area is kept
neat and tidy.
确保工作区域保持整洁。
Ensure safety of cash
drawer and accuracy with personal cashiering.
确保现金抽屉的安全以及收支准确。
Communicate effectively
with Concierge on guest needs, and changes to schedules.
有效的与礼宾部沟通有关客人的需求,以及更改日程表。
Adhere to all Radisson
policies and procedures.
坚持贯彻所有的Radisson政策和程序。
Actively support and
promote Workplace Health and Safety within the work environment.
积极支持和促进工作环境的健康和安全。
Keep General Manager
promptly and fully aware of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Performs all duties and
responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with
established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of
this position.

Maintains a favourable
working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a
co-operative and harmonious working environment.
