Responsible for carrying baggage, escorting new arrivals to their rooms, and assisting guests.
负责递送行李，引领新到店客人到他们的房间，协助客人。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

Carries baggage to and from guest rooms ,assists in loading and unloading baggage to and from vehicles.
为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，同时协助客人卸载和装载客人行李。
Explains features of room to guests fully.
向客人详细介绍房间特点。
Performs personal services such as delivering messages and package.
完成递送信息和包裹等服务。
Cleans and maintains baggage room , baggage trolleys, and Bell Captain’s station; assists in maintaining cleanliness of lobby and reports need for repairs to Concierge Supervisor.
打扫和维护行李房，行李车，行李员领班台，协助保持大堂的清洁，如需修补向礼宾主管打报告。
Accepts baggage for safekeeping and storage in baggage room according to established procedures; checks baggage or registered guests waiting for room assignments.
根据拟定的程序将行李保管在行李房里，在为客人分房时检查行李或做登记。
Attends to telephone calls, complaints, and requests made at Bell Captain’s station in absence of Bell Captain.
在缺席行李员领班的情况下，接听电话，处理投诉和其他要求。
Performs variety of duties to assist hotel guests and patrons such as:
全方位的协助酒店顾客，例如：
•Opening car and hotel doors
提供拉门和拉车门服务
•Hailing taxis
维护酒店出入车辆秩序
•Paging private vehicles by intercom
通过内部通话系统寻呼车辆
•Unloading or loading luggage

•Giving directions and answering inquiries
提供方向指示，回答客人的询问
Maintains orderly flow of vehicles in hotel driveway.
维护酒店出入车辆秩序
Parks vehicles of guests issues claim tickets, checking overall condition of vehicle and indicating presence or absence of items, articles, and accessories, delivers car to guest upon request.
为客人和业主提供提供停车票，检查所有车辆状况并在客人要求时提供酒店车辆使用停放状况信息。
Assists Bellmen in their duties.
协助其他行李员
Performs duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
和一般人员履行一样的义务，没有专门的监督人，其他工作根据安排。
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
