主要职能
Provide clerical/ secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Department including, typing, computer input, filling, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, proposal preparations, office housekeeping and departmental records/logs.

Specific Duties

Operational 运营
a. To perform the tasks and duties assigned by Director of Sales & Sales Team personnel.
执行销售总监和销售团队分配的工作任务
b. To follow up tasks given by Sales Team professionally and timely.
及时专业地跟进销售团队指派的工作
c. To ensure all the reports are submitted in a timely manner.
确保所有的报告及时汇报上级领导
Training and Development 培训和法则
a. Coordinate special projects as and when assigned.
在签署协议时做好之前协调准备工作
b. Actively participate in all sales training programs.
积极参与所有的销售培训
c. Conducting business according to The Marriott guidelines.
根据万豪集团指南执行销售运营
Coordination with other departments 部门合作
a. Participate in the day to day liaison with other departments for smooth operations procedures in Sales.
b. 与其他部门有效沟通,协力合作
Office Etiquette & Business Ethics 办公室礼节和行业规范
a. Follow the proper uniform and the general appearance guidelines.
根据酒店标准确穿工服或者职业装
b. To ensure to follow courteous and professional service at all times to clients and other hotel employees.
在对客或酒店同事时,要有礼貌和专业的服务精神贯彻始终
c. Ensure to follow overall procedures of the Sales Team such as telephone handling punctuality, compliance to the hotel rules, regulations and LSOP.
确保销售部日常工作的进行,如接听电话、准时签到、服从酒店规定以及本地操作流程标准
d. To be trained as an efficient sales coordinator and create a strong professional relationship among the member of the Sales Team.
接受培训做一名优秀的销售协调员,努力成为销售团队中专业高效的一员
e. To maintain an efficient filing system for Sales Team following hotel and company guidelines.
