Restaurant Supervisor 餐厅主管

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 主要职责：
1. Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
2. Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
3. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。
4. Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。
5.Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner.
以支持和灵活的态度与其他经理紧密合作。
6. Ensures that Food and Beverage employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
确保餐饮部员工以支持和灵活的态度和“团队协作”的精神与其他部门合作。
7. Assist the restaurant manager with creative suggestions and ideas.
协助餐厅经理提出富有创意的建议和想法。
8.Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
9. Assist to liaise and organise with Housekeeping Department that the cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
协助与厨房针对每日营运和质量控制进行密切沟通。
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 其它职责：
1.Set up good relationship with all the department , and keep smooth working
与各部门建立良好合作关系和团队精神，使工作顺利进行。
2. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
确保保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
3. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior manager.
完成上级领导分配的其他合理的职责和任务。
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 任职要求：
Education 教育水平：
-College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management.
大学毕业文凭或酒店管理毕业证书
Experience 工作经验：
-Minimum one year working experience in similar 5-star hotel or residences.
至少一年工作经验在同级五星级酒店或公寓
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力：
- Ability to read, write and speak English. Good Communications skills and Computer skill.
英语听说读写能力及良好的交流沟通能力和电脑操作水平。
-Marcom experience will be priorities consider.
有营销经验优先考虑。
- Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and
responsible. Be passion and love working.
