The hotel opened in 2022 , Hotels are located in the center of tourism development in Samarkand, 18 km away fromCBD. There are 242 guestrooms in Silk Road Hotel by Minyoun with 2 restaurants, 2 barsand medium banquet and conference facilities. Stars of Ulughbeg Hotel Lia by Minyoun has 172 questrooms, 1 ADD restaurant, 1 bar and 2 meeting rooms.
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for the daily operations of the entire hotel, including products, services, talent management, and supporting sales and marketing strategies, goals, and results.
2.Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the annual and long-term goals of the operations department.
3.Ensure that all operational departments maximize revenue and profit while minimizing costs.
4.Communicate and interact with the entire team in a positive manner to ensure a luxurious experience for guests.
5.Experience in international luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
6.Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and goal-oriented.
7.Work diligently, with integrity, fairness, and good character.
8.Possess decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
9.Background in the role of Director of Rooms Division.
【Job Requirements】
1.College degree or above, with at least two years of experience in a similar position.
2.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of daily management communication.
3.Strong service awareness and excellent communication skills.
4.Strong execution ability and ability to work under pressure.
