Responsible for GSSscores on Arrival Experience and Received Preferred Room Type
为宾客满意度调查中抵店经历和获得喜欢房型部分的分值负责
Ensure GuestRelations team is positively affecting GSS scores for Problem Experienced byresolving guest issues timely, effectively, and professionally while hotelinterest is observed
确保宾客关系团队通过及时、有效、专业的解决宾客遇到的问题,同时保留酒店权益,对宾客满意度调查产生积极的影响
In charge of FOrelated training and liaise with HR and achieve reasonable goals in associates’participation and passing rate
负责前厅相关的培训并与人力资源部联系在员工参与下达到目标和通过率。
High level ofvisibility and presence in the lobby

Monitor and preparetimely monthly report requested by Director of Rooms for various sections inFront Office department
监督并准备房务总监要求的前厅部各部分的月报表。
Achieve AssociatePulse Survey goals for the department
达到部门员工满意度调查的目标。
Ensures that allprocedures and policies are in place and followed. Conducts audit and controlson a regular basis. Communicates with accounting in case of any irregularities;and coaches and counsels associates whenever appropriate.
确保程序和规章制度的执行。执行日常审计和控制。如有任何谬误及时与财务部沟通;随时为员工提供指导。
Controls costseffectively to meet budget guidelines. Has control system in place for all controllable costs and man hours.

Plans and delegatesprojects to fellow managers in Front Office area. Provide help when needed.

Responsible forhiring, training and development of all associates working for front officearea. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards,procedures and regulations.
