By partnering closely with operations leaders, this role will drive key HR initiatives that align with business priorities, enhance talent and organizational capabilities, and ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies that contribute to the overall growth and performance of Franchise and HIEX business unit.
Your day to day
Provide the HR support for pre-opening Holiday Inn Express hotelsContribute to the development of HR strategies that align with business goals and drive performance across the business unit.Act as a key HR business partner, offering guidance and recommendations to ops leadership regarding talent & performance management, employee engagements, and organizational development.
Coordinate delivery of human resources and training programs working closely with the COEs.Conduct HR and training review regularly and share best practices to ensure hotel HR Operations, training and development practices complying IHG standards.
What we need from you
8+ years experience in Human Resources, preferably in hotel or hospitality industryBachelor degree or higherExcellent interpersonal, consultative, communication skills; Experience and understanding of specialist HR CoE roleProgram design and project management skill is requiredAbility to diagnose problems and thoroughly analyze information to guide decision making;Strong adaptability in an environment of ambiguity or change;Business acumen that will enable an effective business partnering role with key stakeholdersAbility to deal effectively with diverse viewpoints and gain consensus as a team player;Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
