Please note this role is a one year contractor at the moment.
The Commercial Service Transformation lead will drive end-to-end Sales off-property support service from service consolidation to landing and uplift hotel sales delivery efficiency.
His/Her responsibilities will primarily include, but are not limited to, designing and establishing an efficient and synergistic off-property sales service to accelerate NHOP hotel ramping up and hotel room revenue growth. He/She will also need to conduct market research and hotel sales interview to identify business needs, adapt resources and cost effective solutions to ensure ROI.
Your day to day
Service Delivery Optimization & Localization
• Deep dive hotel sale delivery across whole sales cycle for different types of hotels.
• Identify the performance and resources landing gap.
• Identify centralize solution opportunity to drive hotel sales performance.
• Workout solution and delivery plan on service rollout.
• Standardize deliverables to ensure consistent, scalable commercial support for hotels across Greater China
Revenue Impact & Performance Uplift
• Deliver measurable improvement in RevPAR.
• Build up the ROI model and cost advantage.
• Partner with Tech, Data and Analytics team to define driver metrics and track business value delivery.

What we need from you
• Good understanding on the capability of hotel sales and distribution systems
• Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data
• Display an understanding of the Chinese markets including first tier and second tier cities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across owners, franchisees, properties, Regions and above-property teams.
